Foothills Residence Remodel

The 360 degree views are what prompted the purchase of a small slump block home on a large lush piece of property in the Catalina foothills. Low ceilings and tiny rooms were selectively demolished where new gracious rooms emergered. The house was entirely transformed into a Spanish territorial styled home with little evidence of the original structure.
