Demeure Residence

Dr. Demeure's vision was to have a contemporary home with an unusual vocablulary in order to be truly unique. We worked together to define materials and detailing in order to create a style that we felt would endure over time. His program consisted of a master suite with terrace, two guest rooms, a “Chefs” kitchen, wine cellar, home theatre, gym, large garage/shop, and a guest house wirh an observation deck. Gary Stoddard, Landscape Designer, did a beautiful job designing the back courtyard with a negative edge pool, spa and BBQ area.
